About Us

Tommy Koulax purchases
“The Shack” at Beverly and
Rampart boulevards in Los Angeles. Starts serving Hamburgers and Hot
Dogs topped with his special recipe all beef chili.

Tommy keeps supplies for his business in the trunk of his car and in an ice-filled Coca Cola cooler; there is very little parking during day-time hours due to the other business located on the property. His business does well after the others close for the day.

Belmont High School
and USC students
make Tommy’s a
favorite place to eat.

Tommy incorporates and purchases three of the four corner properties at Beverly and Rampart boulevards including “The Shack” property. He now has storage and opens a 2nd kitchen to serve his menu.
